These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 25jili platform, including all games, promotions, payment transactions, and account management features. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and return of any deposited funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 25jili account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods used — are a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 25jili may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be considered your activity and your responsibility. You should notify 25jili customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
25jili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) by default. Deposits made in other currencies — including USDT — are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Currency selection at account opening is final and cannot be changed after registration.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per calendar month, applied to any remaining balance, subject to a prior written notice period of 30 days sent to the registered email address. 25jili will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders before applying any inactivity fees.
25jili is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification is a legal obligation, not an optional process.
Players will be required to submit at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:
25jili will process KYC submissions within one (1) business day under standard circumstances. Where additional verification is required, the timeline may extend to five (5) business days. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address or live chat.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Note: Completing KYC verification before making your first withdrawal request will significantly reduce processing time. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays or temporary holds on withdrawal requests while verification is processed.
25jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank of the Philippines (via Instapay), Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 25jili's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to PAGCOR-imposed player transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within 15–60 minutes on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are published in the Player's account settings and are subject to change.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. 25jili will not process deposits from or withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Where a mismatch between the account name and the registered Player name is identified, 25jili may reverse the transaction and request an alternative payment method.
25jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility and are not controlled by 25jili. For USDT TRC20 transactions, network gas fees are the Player's responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 25jili is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Deposits made without corresponding wagering activity may trigger a compliance review and temporary hold on withdrawal requests.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 25jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
New Players may be eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ₱5,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Player once only. Players who do not opt into the welcome bonus at the time of first deposit cannot claim it retroactively.
Game categories contribute to wagering requirements at the following rates, unless a specific promotion states otherwise: Slots — 100%; Bingo — 100%; Virtual Sabong — 100%; Live Casino Games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) — 15%; Sports Betting — 20%; Keno and Lottery games — 50%. 25jili reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; use of automated betting systems; participation in coordinated bonus exploitation by multiple related accounts; or any other conduct that 25jili determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 25jili's sole discretion.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements within the applicable validity period will be forfeited. Expired bonus amounts and any associated winnings are non-refundable.

All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant game or sporting event. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25jili platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:
25jili reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance, fraud, or any other conduct that may cause harm to the Platform, other Players, or 25jili. During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or access any games.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 25jili customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon account closure, the Player loses access to all account history, game records, and bonus balances. Closed accounts cannot be reinstated unless the closure was the result of a verifiable administrative error by 25jili. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not request account reopening during the active exclusion period.
All content on the 25jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software, data compilations, marketing materials, and all other content — is owned by 25jili or licensed to 25jili by third-party providers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international copyright conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Platform content; use any content for commercial purposes; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
Any unauthorized use of 25jili's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25jili's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
25jili shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for: loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; loss of data or goodwill; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions; or losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by the Player themselves during registration.
Nothing in these Terms limits 25jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
If you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of the 25jili platform, please contact 25jili customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Complaints should include your account username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. 25jili will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with 25jili's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Relations and Assistance Division. PAGCOR is the regulatory authority for 25jili's operations in the Philippines and has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators. Details of PAGCOR's complaints process are available on the official PAGCOR website.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that is not resolved through the internal complaints process or PAGCOR escalation shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Manila, Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not subject to binding arbitration under Section 14.3, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
25jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or Player rights — 25jili will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file and via a notice displayed on the Platform.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to company contact details — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 25jili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
